Specifically looking at how surgeries can be a single health changing event, similar to a viral infection or vaccination, and what we can do if we are already unwell and need to take an elective surgery.

Anna then talks about surgery preparation from a practical point of view, post surgical nutritional and supplement support and when additional therapy and support can be helpful.
